Hiring new employee
Today i have a new employee join with BataviaSoft. Hopefully he can give us a good contribution. Since he has a good skill about mathematic and has been doing research about those stuffs. Let see his works in the first three month.
For me, choosing a good candidate to work with is a challenge. Since i have to analyze from many factor, not only personal skill but also their personality, their knowledge, and their attitude. This combination Insya Allah will provide a good mechanism to increase our productivity.
