whew... 3 minggu ini sibuk berkutat dengan ACT, agak pening juga karena baru kenal ACT dari mas Agus. Tujuan utama project ini untuk Stress Test Server yang akan digunakan sebagai centralisasi semua aplikasi. "The purpose of stress testing is to identify and isolate Web application performance bottlenecks under load", tujuan utama create script(VBScript) ini memang untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana deadlock server dengan stress test yang kita berikan, tapi ternyata sebelum servernya stress sama scriptnya, kita-kita yang bikin script udah stress duluan hahaha

Saking stressnya karena script "robot" hasil racikan team ACT ada yang gak masuk ke database, mas Agus sampe ngluarin toolnya, burpsuit, untuk bantu debug flow "GET" dan "POST". Dan apa yang terjadi, ternyata dari script yang gak jalan tadi, ada sebagian viewstate yang gak ke record sama ACT nya...

Akhirnya kemarin Sabtu, 21 April 2007, script ACT yang sudah dibuat dengan segenap jiwa raga dan berdarah2 bisa juga dipakai untuk stress test server pinjaman dari IBM. Test yang dilakukan dibantu oleh pak Peter Kurniawan, Senior Consultant of Microsoft Indonesia, dan hasilnya hanya dengan 30 concurrence user, server udah deadlock

What a great experience of performance testing in web application...

ajax 4 netindonesia

Hello again, as Microsoft launch ASP.NET AJAX full release v1.0, it followed by erudeye.net by installing the baby ajax framework on the server. It's mean that all netindonesia member who have already sign up for free web space on erudeye.net now have ASP.NET AJAX compatibility web site.

Browser, OS and Connection

And here is the visitor of erudeye.net statistic from google analytic.

I put the analytic after posting last blog about free web space to netindonesia member, so, this statistic closely represented netindonesia member behaviour.

Still, firefox is the champion i'm sure netindonesia member still use IE at least for debugging ASP.NET

For this summary of browser version, still, Firefox 2.0.0.1 followed by IE 6 and IE 7 was third.

erudeye analysa, Firefox 2 on top because it has tab browsing, easy to use, skin enable, free and so on. IE 6 was the 2nd because it was included in every Windows XP installation. Last, IE 7 because it is new and need original version of Windows if the installation came directly download from Microsoft.

Connection

It can be seen that cable is the most reliable connection for personal. User who accessed from warnet could be cable or wireless(Unknown category).

'pete jengkol' guys mobilephone

A great view i saw this morning...

A 'pete jengkol' guys who sold pete and jengkol around the village with his bicycle, he call(with mobile phone) his friend on the market to reserve more pete and jengkol for tomorrow coz this morning he got big pete and jengkol reservation from one of his customer.

Imagine that, with no feel to underestimate the guys, even the 'pete jengkol' seller use mobile phone nowadays.

Lets flashback to 5 years ago. When i'm still on 1st semester on my campus, it's hard to people in indonesia to have mobile phone, even for my lecturer.

"How this cellular business and technology become cheap and cheaper...?"

"What wrong with internet technology, bandwidth and internet speed that (still)expensive for small people like 'pete jengkol' guys...?"

Imagine again if 'pete jengkol' guys use internet to reserve pete and jengkol for his customer in america... (Does american people like pete and jengkol? no matter...)
