No Query Notification for DLinq v1 by Maximilian Haru Raditya

So..., there will be likely NO Query Notification support in DLinq v1, as we used today in .NET Framework 2.0 (using SqlNotification, SqlDependency, etc.). He...3x. It seems so funny, huh? Even, for a product that has NOT been in full product life cycle...
