Public speaking in Lego Conference 2008 at Singapore Science Center (http://www.legoeng.com.sg/index.htm) with teachers and lecturers, Ministry of Education was as fun as I thought(good thing that my lecturer didn’t join the conference :)). The main speaker is Mr. Chris Rogers who got his degree from Stanford and did some research in ETH Zurich. I only did some particular Visual Programming Language(since in Lego Conference 2008, we discuss curriculum targeted for Secondary and Primary Student) which is more to click and drag using Microsoft Robotic 1.5, my Bluetooth dongle from MVP award, Lego NXT software 1.0 and Blue Soleil software for sure. It was a short conference that I only demo sample the simple flashlight and Ultrasensor from MSDN(msdn.microsoft.com) for 15 minutes. But at least, my NXT robot, Gabriel, runs and he did a well performance in front of audience. (it takes me a while to setup the port though). But overall, it was fun to join in some particular people with particular hobby. I have uploaded my presentation here
