i think i have too, but as u know ssm is not free, so,, u know? maybe you can give some copy? hahaha,, i have read ssm, i forget about the edition, i guess i have know deep th basic first to understand. btw, thx a lot mr kasim! soon i will subscribe

If you are interested about SQL Query engine deeper, try to subscribe SQL Server Magazine. You will have a bunch of database engine knowledge that most of ordinary programmers and DBAs aren't aware of.

If you want to have ad hoc practical skills as your article describes above, you can read from local SQL Server book.
