It has been a long time ago since my last post in this blog. On those long time, I was thinking about myself and what will I be in the next few years from now. Now, that images are slowly appearing in front of me and I want to share those images to all of you. I hope I will get more confidence with this sharing session.
Last month, I got two certification.
One of them is Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level 2 certification. I did this test early December 2007. To tell you the truth, I was really wanted to take JLPT Level 1. But due to short preparation, I did not have so many confidence to take the test. At least I got JLPT Level 2 certification. This year, I promise myself to take JLPT Level 1 in Japan.
The other certification is MCTS SQL Server 2005. This is my first step for working closely with Database and BI. My next step is MCTS SQL Server 2005 BI Developer certification. I think that there is easier for me to work as an IT Professional in Japan for Database and BI, than as an Programmer or Developer since you do not need to know Japanese Languange deeply. But of course I still keep learning and growing my knowledge in C#, in case there is any opportunity to work as Programmer too.
My next next step is getting TOEIC certification. Japanese company always takes TOEIC certification for recruitment. Unlike TOEFL, TOEIC is an English standard for International Communication. In this test, you will be tested to understand what you read and listen. From some books that I read, I think TOEIC is more easier than TOEFL. But I am not sure since I have not taken TOEIC yet. Hopefully I can take this test next month.
Well, these days I have been busy enough with my works and preparation of my plan. During this time, I read lots article about living in Japan. Just can not wait till those opportunities come.

Today, I read Brian Goldfarb's Blog.
