It's 23:22 PM I'm very sleepy in front of my Virtual PC 2004 Build 582 running Visual Web Developer Express edition and doing some code, dun no why my mind divided into two person that is like me Rid-X Rid-Y still thinking IT and some idealism
Rid-X : Hey what are you doing in this night still coding until your sleep is shadowed by C# curly brace ??
Rid-Y : Well this what I call learn although until now I still stupid
Rid-X : Hey it useless doing that things, your campus is not use MS product they prefer using bla bla bla with a great compiler running in every platform, you just make your lecturer don't really like you, are you want to become student forever??
Rid-Y: Stop said like that, I like MS products because they quality, i don't mind using linux although I'm really stupid using it. So don't bother me. I do what my mind feel comfort
Rid-X: Ha Ha Ha, you just make yourself getting deeper into License Mechanism, LAC, Campus Agreement, OEM, BOX and bla bla bla and you are not free at all stupid
Rid-Y: You're right but I think about productivity. I can do programming with MS Product with just one LOC rather than using bla bla with a 10 LOC. It’s about a time and I care about time and productivity. cause I need a SLEEP!!, since many times your client don't care how perfect your code but they see how perfect the result. I never seen my client using FXCop to investigate my code!
Rid-X: So why you join open source community in your campus, are you want to said that you have two different personal behavior or said that you are part of them?
Rid-Y: Well I think open source is a good think to share knowledge and I really agree with that with no doubt, and commercial software is good for economic especially for me as a developer who earn money by developing a software
Rid-X: Hmm...money oriented :)
Rid-Y: well can you life w/o money? I feel like that when I was a child and playing a games in my ATARI and said 'Mama can you please buy me some ice cream and new game cartridge' :)
