Yesterday I sent an email to Rob Howard and his team at Telligent, requesting a free upgrade to CS 2007 license:
" First I would like to thank you for your support through Telligent in providing us enterprise license for CS2.1 in January this year, so we can migrate our site engine from .Text to CS2.1 platform smoothly. Currently we are using CS2.1 to run our INDC site http://geeks.netindonesia.net . The site is run and maintained by fellow volunteers, and it does not get any revenue from its members, from ads or any sponsors.
Giving the enterprise features that we have now, would it be possible to migrate the current CS2.1 to the latest CS 2007 version without losing enterprise features and without cost? If it is not possible, could you provide our community with the new CS2007 license with the same feature as what we have now?
A good news is that one of INDC member has won the Community Server Theming Extravaganza, ...and now everyone is asking when shall INDC migrate to CS2007 :D
Your support is appreciated. "
This is what I got in reply on the same day:
