Orcas Troubleshoot: Required file 'alink.dll with IAlink3' could not be found

If you are trying to Build a Project in VSTS Orcas March CTP and found this error:

Required file 'alink.dll with IAlink3' could not be found

Go back to the installer source, go to directory "\WCU\dotNetFramework\dotNetMSP\x86"

And install these patches according to the order below:

I installed Orcas on my HP nx6125 (Vista) and Toshiba M400 (Vista) laptops and encountered this error.

If you don't encounter this error, consider yourself lucky :)
