    AFAIK yg FREE ya yg ikutannya Visual Studio (sebenarnya ngga FREE sih, kan VSnya bayar).
    Waktu bikin Setup project kan bisa diikutkan dependency Crystal Reportnya.

    Bilang donk dari awal, hehe...

    Hum... Saya bukan pengguna SharpDevelop sih...

    Kayaknya mereka memang ngga support Crystal Report.
