I am a C++ expert but not like u.... :D

However I just wanted to ask u a question. Is there any library function that can be used to develop an auto start program? I want to write a program that will start working on my given time. So i need to start the program or execute the .exe file on a certein time. Just wanted to check if there is any library function or any other open source script on it?
